Transient Processor

Ever have your drum transients, pitch bend in the beginning (click), very weak? that's why I request a transient processor to make those transients much clickier. Thank you for your time.

Next has a Transient Waveshaper, and 2 compressors which can do this

doesn't the compressor just make everything else than the transient quieter?
i need something to make the pitch bend more extreme

It compresses what you want it to set via the attack/release times. There is no device around (that I know of) that makes the pitch-bending transient more obvious. Consider synthesizing your own percussion.

ik what u mean

i dont want the transient louder

i want it's pitch bend longer, more extreme

or shorter and weaker

Plugins won't help here. Again, consider synthesizing your own percussion, or make use of the timestretching algorithms to extend your initial transients

I agree with Ollie. Transient processors are just another kind of specialised compressor/expander and deal only with dynamics. Usually their controls are optimised for this task (they don't have threshold or ratio) and they tend to process only a subset of the frequency spectrum, but you can achieve the same thing with AT's dynamics processors, for example the Quantum.
