So I recently filtered my following list and also made it so only people I follow can post on my wall. Great and all, but the reason I did that was to stop some of the track spam from random people. So I propose a new option under the community tab - an ability to disable people you don't follow from posting links on your wall, albums, or tracks.

On the preferences in the Community section, there's an "Allow links" column at the right of the permissions. if you set, say, your wall permissions to "Users I follow", others won't be able to post links. Is this what you mean?
I'd want everyone to be able to comment on my wall, but I only want users I follow to post links. Idk, I might've just misread your comment.
Ah, OK, I get it. No, that degree of separation doesn't seem possible.
