Maybe with a button beside the rate knob that switches the rate from a percentage to a ratio, similar to the tempo sync on the Heisenberg. It's difficult to sync those effects to the track tempo, so I think it would be a convenient addition.

This should be applied to all time-based effects along with the Phaser and Flanger, now that I think about it.
I second this. Additionally, the phase of the internal LFO of these effects should be locked to the track, so that the exact effect is repeatable over successive plays.
