Option to hide the third digit from the timeline ruler

I'd like to know how others feel about this, but I find the third digit on the time markings in the timeline ruler very confusing. It distracts me from visually telling the important divisions (bar, beat) quickly and it's not a value that i need to use. I think that a "bars.beats" format is enough.

As I'm making music for video (where beats need to be in time with the frames : 30/sec) , having more digits is always better. If there really is some people that don't like the third digit, maybe makin it an option to disable it would be a solution, but I wouldn't completely remove it

You're right. The "step" seems to be defined to be a 16th. note.

Thanks for the feedback. I updated the title to reflect your idea of an option. I think that what bothers me about the third division is that, as you increase or decrease the timeline zoom, only some of them appear, not all, and I find those 1s and 3s confusing. Perhaps the display behaviour could be adjusted so that they are only shown when all of them can appear (just like the beats inside a bar do).
