The Audiotool Twitter and Instagram are rather barren, and sparsely updated.
I for one feel that this user base is not familiar enough with the people and the company that are behind the development of this program.
My suggestion would be a daily post from the team. About anything going on in the workplace or with the next features, or whatever. Ideally it would be writing, photo, and video from the team updating Audiotoolers on what's up. Refer to https://twitter.com/uenodotco as a great example of a company that manages social media very smartly.
