I would love it if that was a feature on here that stops other users from creating the same name in someone else's profile this prevents IMPERSONATION

I understand the motivation for your request. But thanks to full Unicode support (lots of weird characters are allowed) this might get bypassed faster that we can implement it.
See the difference between "gabrele10|(≖ ‿ ≖)|" and "gabrele10│(≖ ‿ ≖)│"?
