hence, I only used some search engine for finding more reasons(or whys) about having an Oscilloscope.

An oscilloscope is very useful for troubleshooting by means of observation. observing something carefully or in order to gain information. the ability to notice things, especially significant details for: soundwaves or waveforms, extra audio-effects, tools, notes refencing from reality, and etc--"you can name it". therefore, an Oscilloscope can vield the result for any performing procedures, especially on Synthesizers to determine something about them.

What are all of your thought and ideas about having an Oscilloscope for Audiotool?

Main question: will you make a Oscillscope for Audiotool? is it yes or no or not yet?

Sorry the main question was meant for, the developers of Audiotool.

Thanks for all your efforts. I use an oscilloscope for electronics and they're handy when tuning your analog circuitry to produce the desired outcome (no overshoots, detecting EMI, synchronicity with other signals as clocks). All of those problems don't exists in a digital synth because there are no unexpected results. It just behaves as defined.
Another problem is triggering: in order to see a single static wave one needs a signal that almost doesn't change over time and an idea on how to trigger on those values.
For audio applications the spectrum is way more important than the curve in the time domain. This can be displayed and manipulated in Curve already. Unwanted signal peaks can be analyzed and solved with WaveShaper and Gravity.

Can you provide a single problem you have with audiotool which an oscilloscope would solve or at least mitigate?

An oscilloscope would make it a lot easier for people just starting to learn synthesis to understand what really happens when they turn that knob.

You have a point there.
There were some requests about visualizations. This could be one of them.

this aint a bad idea

A bit late to the party, but one of the factors that made the original Minilogue synthesizer from Korg a hit was the inclusion of a small oscilloscope in the front panel. The ability to watch the waveform change in real time as the parameters were tweaked was visually catchy and informative for the user.
