I believe Experimental should be reserved for weird music, not absolute noise. I, therefore, agree to this genre being added. "Field Recordings" may or may not fit under Soundtrack. I would probably make some random sound item that someone might like which would fit under this category.
What keeps us from adding Dub Techno, Minimal Techno, Melodic Techno, Dark Techno, Schranz, Hard Techno, Gabba, Hardcore, Detroit, Berlin Techno, Acid, Tech House, House Tech, Industrial Techno, deep Techno, Ambient Techno or even Cinematic Techno additionally to the techno Genre? The main problem with our Experimental Genre is, that too many people think Experimental is when a Bass Musik producer tries making Latin House with Raggae vocals. I still think Noise is a sub Genre of Experimental, but it's still on the to discuss list.

What would then remain in Experimental?
Music that isn't one of the mentioned examples. A solid majority of music listed as experimental would remain.
Still thinking it's a sub genre but I will write it down. Thanks
