If a user's wall is locked or they are banned maybe a message could be sent to them, once they log in/ always at the top of their screen, as to why they are getting punishment. The message would include:
-A time fram of the ban/ locked wall
-Why the user is getting this punishment.
-How they can be better.
-The correct treatment/ behavior of AudioTool.
-The Moderator's email for any futher questions.
If they continue to email asking for their wall to be unlocked/ to be unbanned look at their activties on AudioTool and in the studio to see if any improvement or changes have been taken by the user. Lots of confusion can happen when someone doesn't know why they are getting punishment, and sometimes people need to have a reminder to be set out for them.

When a wall is locked, a user either receives a message outlining why this might be or it might be simply stated on their wall. They are then able to acknowledge that they have read this message.
Okay thanks! I just wanted to know a message in general was went, and some information about it. I know a few other users that are confused as to why their wall was locked/ they were banned, and what time frame it would be extended for. I found a lot of toxic bad influences on AudioTool would complain about their punishment or continuously ask for another chance without any improvements in their behavior. So I thought a message being sent to them would kindly remind them of what they did wrong to have these actions taken place.
I do think there should still be a way to find the AudioTool email more easily. A lot of people I know, including myself, don’t know it by heart and don’t know many other users that have access to it. So, if you could provide that to me now, or make a feature allowing users to find it, that would be great!
There is a link to a contact page which can be found at the bottom of any page on the website.
Team@ audiotool.com is the address.
I never knew that!! :O

I feel like a lock/hide timeframe or length would be useful to the user
