More shortcuts

gone · started 2024-07-25 00:48 · updated 2024-07-26 03:47

Yea yea, there are a lot of shortcuts. But honestly, I want more! For example, in FL, when you do Ctrl + A it can shorten the notes for you, so when you're doing bells you don't have to have to put them by ear manually. Honestly, I'm lazy but shortcuts can be hella useful

FL uses Ctrl A to shorten notes?
If so, that's super weird..why would they use a key command that is commonly used for "select all"..?
Or are you on a Mac, where ctrl is different?

But they have a button to select all I believe, I tested it out and it worked. Ctrl A. Maybe if AT implements it, that it can be a different CTRl button like Ctrl + F or something

CTRL+F is used to find something in the page's text content.

Oh, I get it. It's because audiotool is on a website. So if we do those commands it would interfere with windows and stuff. But since FL is a app and stuff that won;t happen.

JavaScript's window.event.preventDefault(); is a thing, so CTRL+W can be set to do something other than closing the tab.
