Make the time-line grid reflect the snap value

This was a feature in Flash that I found very useful. The vertical subdivisions in the time-line view should reflect the current snap value. It would provide an instant and useful visual feedback about the new choice and would make the behaviour of future actions (moving, creating, resizing and so on) very easy to predict.

This would also apply to the grid inside open regions.

I realised that the grid does reflect the snap value with slightly thicker lines (the difference is too subtle in my opinion) but that new subdivisions are generated as the time-line view is zoomed in. Personally I find those subdivisions arbitrary and distracting, because they don't reflect anything about the results of any action I might do on the time-line or inside regions.
