Right now, reducing the width of the window that contains Next will make parts of its interface (like the panels on the right, desktop layout icons, transport controls, etc.) inaccessible. I think that the panels and top bar layout should adapt when resizing the window or, at the very least, a bottom scroll bar should be provided.

Yes. Not a fluid layout because I understand that resizing interface areas would be a nightmare. But at least moving them or provide a means to scroll to make sure that even if you reduce the width of the window, you can still access all elements of the interface.
