An issue me and a few others realized while discussing in the AT discord server is that users can vote for contest entries while the submission period is still ongoing; that might favor those who upload their entries sooner, as they may accumulate more votes over a longer period of time. This may be unfair, and even cause some to be disheartened and not enter the contest.
An easy fix is to make separate the voting period from the submission period, allowing for users to listen to all entries before deciding their vote.

I think the important point is that it may "cause some to be disheartened and not enter the contest", I know that I have been dissuaded because I wasn't ready to submit at the beginning of submissions.
