LIMITERS! (and glue compressors)

I think that audiotool could benefit nicely from a limiter pedal. A limiter pedal (theoretically) would be simple to use (i.e. one knob for the dB that it limits to, a lookahead switch, and an output volume) and would also make mixing a lot easier.
On a related tangent, I'd like to have a really really hARD compressor, like the glue compressor in ableton. It could just be a re-coding of the regular compressor, or it could be an entirely new pedal. Either way, it could really squeeze the mix, and make a lot of interesting sounds.
That's just my penny's worth of thoughts.

I agree with more compressing and limiting options in Audiotool. What I think is important is that they provide visual feedback. It would be great to be able to see when and how many units is the compressor or limiter reducing at a given time.

Visual feedback would be phenomenal! Especially for devices like Gate, EQ, Compressor, and even some components of the Machiniste. It'd be immensely helpful to have a visual element to provide backing to the auditory elements of these devices.
