Keep "Uncue Audio Source (Un-Solo)" item always in the Edit menu

Currently the "Uncue Audio Source (Un-Solo)" item in the Edit menu is only visible when there's a cued cable in the desktop. If there are no cued cables, the item is not visible. Even if there isn't any soloed cable and the item can't be used, I'd keep it anyway, greyed out. It would help users be aware of the functionality at all times and would keep the menus consistent. For example, the Bookmark items in the Project menu are kept and greyed out when not usable.

"If it is potentially available, show it!" I'd say yes. I believe that anything that a program can potentially do should always be shown, just so that users a) are aware that the functionality exists and b) know at all times where to find that functionality. Greying out (disabling) unavailable menu items also helps the user understand which conditions should be met for the item to be available. Hiding the "Patch Into Existing Connection" item in context menus of devices that can't use it (drum machines, Space, etc.) isn't for me a contradiction of the above, because that functionality will -never- be accessible there. A greyed out (disabled) item implies that it might be active at some point, even if now it's not.
