If you want it to be removed from the list completely, pretty sure that's impossible. Unfortunately, it's not just samples, but presets too. It's something that we have been suggesting from time to time again about deleting samples and presets. However, Audiotool is aware of our concern, they might be working on it. Not entirely sure, what I'm saying about Audiotool working on this issue is unverified, but I'd presume so since they've taken note.
