Hide downvoted comments

Unfortunately, there's a lot of shenanigans that happen on board posts. These comments get downvoted (mostly for the right reasons) but then they make the comments section look quite ugly. It's not fun to read the comments if there's a string of like 5 in a row downvoted!

What if once a comment gets downvoted, it gets moved? Here's what i'm thinking: On each comment section, there would be an option to see either 'relevant comments' (the standard once opening each board) and then an option for 'all comments' (this feed would include all of them, including downvoted ones)

I think it could be a drop down menu similar to how reddit does it, for further clarity.

Thanks!

This would be great, especially when there are multiple comments that do not actually address the topic at hand. For example:
"why no piano?" A repeat offender
"check out my new track!" On a moderator post regarding an upcoming contest
"Hi guys i'm new to AT how do I make melodic dubstep" On a featured artist

Maybe moderators could move comments without even them needing to be downvoted. This could help prevent unnecessary bullying of unwitting new users and help avoid drama before it starts

Maybe even this could be applied to other areas, such as individual artist's walls and tracks?

I feel like making dowvoted comments invisible to logged out users would be better. It would prevent new visitors from being shied away.
