have users not able to ping you when blocked

i'd like users that you have blocked to not be able to ping you. it gets quite annoying at times. especially when they're trying intentionally trying to get under your skin.

Yup. There should also simply be an actual block feature alongside the mute option, making it so they can't see your profile.

it should mute their replies on comments ive replied too myself, so they cant stab my notifications bar through there
