Since the Shift+0 keyboard shortcut resets the desktop zoom to 100% (and the time-line view to the whole track, from start to track end marker) and is conceptually the same as double-clicking the desktop, successive uses of Shift+0 could toggle between 100% zoom and overview (same for the time-line), just like a double-click does. Right now Shift+0 only zooms to 100%.
