I can't tell if what you're asking for is a sampler, or a resynthesis engine.
If the former, this has already been requested.
If the latter, I think it's a new request, but an incredibly complex one.
basically, im saying that when you insert like a sound file the heisenberg plays that sound on the different pitches.
That's a sampler. It's been requested multiple times now, Devs have definitely read the requests. 🙂
