its just like downloading tracks. it will have the download button that shows "download as mp3" and/or "download as ogg"
here is the catch. instead, it will download as a zip file. you will have to unzip it for all the album songs to be there
author can also toggle downloading

Good idea. The author of the album(s) should be able to toggle downloading however.

Could be difficult when not every track in a compilation album is flagged as downloadable.
