Decouple PWM from the main LFO on the Pulverisateur

This is definitely not a priority, but and idea for an eventual, future improvement of the Pulverisateur. It often bugs me that the PWM shares the LFO controls with all other destinations (oscillators and especially the filter). For many "analogue" sounds, PWM and filter modulation are essential to create their "character". So you want to be able to use them simultaneously and control them independently. Often, a modulation that works for the filter is too much for the PWM, and vice-versa. I think that the PWM feature should have its own set of controls. For example "Depth" and "Rate", controlled by a second, internal LFO (usually you don't need fancy waveforms on a PWM controlling LFO). If it isn't possible to "decouple" PWM from the main LFO, I think that at least there should be a separate control to set the "amount" of modulation that PWM gets, independently of the other destinations. Eventually I think that every destination (oscillators, etc) should have an "amount" control.
