On the genre pages, charted tracks have a label as shown in this image:

I think it would be nice if this label is also on the track page, and maybe have a text somewhere on the page saying (example for this track) "This track charted at #4 on the hardcore chart on 11-10-2018"

I'd support this idea. It'd be especially nice to see whether or not your track(s) charted that week without going to the individual genre charts page, which is kind of tucked away to begin with.
It could also insight interest and engagement from others who see that label simply navigating the site on other pages.
I might suggest incorperating the extened label on the track itself but in a more condensed form, something like "#4 Hardcore"
Adding the additional information about when the track charted may be more useful in a "chart history" tab on the track page. It would be useful for both the artist and newcomers in a way that they can find which music was trending before they joined.
I noticed some support for this on mobile, has it been added?
