why not use the panorama?
it only does left and right i want to be able to swirl a bass around the whole room in a rise and centre it for a drop it sounds so sick in a rave
afaik audiotool only does stereo so no luck there
Limitation to stereo is not a problem. The point of such effects is to simulate a 3D space through a stereo channel. AT doesn't have a "spatializer", but you can get close by a combination of level, EQ/filtering and reverb.

well, when i was using sennheiser's ambeo orbit, a vst, i started to notice what it was doing to my sound. I don't know how it makes the sound go up and down, but i noticed when it was in front, the sound was more in the center, when the sound was left, it was more left, when it was right, it was more right, and when it was behind, it was more mono and quiet. I have not experimented with this in audiotool, so it's only a theory.
i might try a triple panning setup so i'll try go left, left, left panning and see if that works xD see if you pan it far enough one way see if it ends up behind you xD
