In the previous version of Next, multiple projects could be opened and referenced through a simple tab-view on the top of the desktop. However, the most recent overhaul moved all projects to the "Window" tab in the menu bar, making it a little more difficult to access multiple projects seamlessly with noticeable loading times between them. Advocating for the multi-project tab-view offers a seamless experience for those who may want to frequently switch between multiple projects. Moreover, interacting with tabs is already commonplace in many interfaces and would be an intuitive way for new users and veterans alike to use Audiotool Next.
