I think it would be great, especially for those who will be doing music for a living, to have a certificate for music production and sound design with Audiotool. It would look great on resumes.
You get a certificate for being on Audiotool for a least 3-5 years having a least 10-20 tracks published on your profile.

or maybe for a certain amount of followers or charts?
Followers and charts are finnicky. A follower is just an account, it is not necessarily a person who actively listens to and enjoys your music.
Charts, well... I have no idea how they work. Tracks with 2 favorites and 12 plays can chart, or a track with 177 favourites and over 4k plays may not chart. It feels super random, and for those reasons, I can't agree with this statement.
Finally, it is not a proof of ability if you have published 10 tracks..the purpose of a certificate is to confirm that you have a certain level of knowledge and ability, which is not checked here. It would make more sense if you include your works on Audiotool in your portfolio, these works are your proof.
From what I can gather the track with 2 favs and 12 plays was published on Wednesday, right before the charts updated, and the other track aquired its favs over a long period of time
The charts measure how much a track is interacted with over a certain period of time so therefore it’s really easy to cheat the charts
Then again, the charts are being drastically changed soon
Agree. Audiotool isn't a music production academy or school.
