Have a tab where can see all topics we are following only. Some things I've followed or commented on have disappeared (?) With the current system, I could even miss a comment/reply on a topic I follow because of time away from the site etc.

I agree, wholeheartedly, but the Audiotool platform as a whole is what needs to be revisited in terms of user-interface, social interaction, etc.
But as of now, the devs are super focused on the future of Next and smoothly releasing a stable version to the community soon (as they likely should be)
So, once Next is done, I expect there'll be some... overhauls for the site c;
