I feel like the idea of having it more like OneDrive would be cool.
if you transfer TOO much to the app, (community, app, etc...) it gets to be too unbalanced and the website is borderline useless

if you make it so that the app is ONLY the app, but if you save a special (say a ".at") file, you could save a project on your computer and open it online
you could make the publishing part strictly online
so that anything that has to do with copyright HAS to go through AT developers FIRST
before it's posted. That can help avoid copyright.

The files are already saved in your pc. It's just a problem of implementation now, with caching and service workers for offline use.
