In the studio, I always found a simple technique by making ambient backgrounds
- Increasing the attack and release
- Adding delay and reverb
But I think more eloquent ambience could be made with samples of background noise and wavelengths from synthesizers itself. "An ambient synthesizer''
Originally, Space was not so bad with this. But, little change could be done with space's default sounds compared to the Pulsv. and Heins. The ambience is important to a track so one's music won't be layered on silence.
The machine would work like this:
One side for samples, and the other for original wavelengths.
The attack and release would automatically be set around 500/1000. (But users can change this effect).
3 primary knobs - phaser, reverb and delay,
A mini visual equalizer, to balance lows, mids, and highs.
A pitch knob, to change the pitch
Hertz and feedback knob
You Would be surprised how much quality this production idea would improve Audiotool users + creating a widespread new genre of melodic ambience. Trust me, this would not be a waste of your time
