Similar to how you can do headings, bold, italic, etc, I think it would be really awesome to have these kinds of text formatting and emphasis on words!

...with the addition of big TL;DRs for those that hate reading
I would also encourage adding underlining, and perhaps quotations, spoilers and or strikethrough! This would help me emphasize humour, create organized posts, highlight certain phrases that could be of importance, etc. Small feature but it can go a long way for communication!

it would be interesting, but it doesn't do much
It doesn't do much for music or functionally but it can certainly bring more essence for communication rather than this plain text. It's a pretty simple feature to implement too (pretty sure), so bringing such addition, i'm sure people could get creative!

Yeah it's definitely more entertaining rather than something necessary / useful, however for someone like me (im a sucker for rich text, really brings what i want to say out), it could just maybe change my tone a little to be a bit more exciting and "powerful"!
It's really niche and all, however I found that when I use rich text, people seem to be more entertained and therefore may want to chat more with me for example!
Yeah I see how this could be useful. I like to play with rich text formatting, especially HTML. Rich text formatting that allows me to organize stuff into rows, columns, circles, whatever is rich text I find more enjoyable than just normal rich text like the one in Discord, which I still find more enjoyable than plain text such as here. It can make things more readable and understandable.
It allows you to express your feelings on something better.
the issue with stuff like large/bold text is that it increases the size of the individual characters. Someone could easily fill up the comment box, format it as title/italic + bold and flood your wall with text.
On that note, a collapse message feature could be introduced, amd a cooldown as well between 1 message and another. I think ou can also block users from messaging on ur wall im not sure! :0
