The idea

The Rhythm Finder (or another name, whatever) would be a node that converts audio to notes. It essentially takes an audio signal, reads it for any possible notes it could have, and outputs the notes into a notes port which you can connect to anything. It would be useful for use with samples or to have some form of note-editing where you develop a useless audio signal by passing notes through random note->audio nodes. There could also be some glitches that creative minds could exploit for special sound effects they normally can't get. The idea sounds useless, but it could end up drawing curious minds toward itself and eventually there will be fantastical masterpieces.

Issues

It would probably need AI to work, which could take a lot of processing power. There is a chance that it'll have a learning curve, but that's true for most of the instruments and other nodes. To come up with more issues that could occur, let's just discuss in the chat below.
