[[Attachment:0]]This is a general request to improve the UI/UX of automation curves. As they are currently implemented, everyday users may not intuitively understand how to use them or that they even exist at all.
The appended picture shows automation between two playback points at a 50% curve, showing that intuitively, there is no indicator pointing to that additional behaviour. To resolve this, I suggest making automation points more like the visual UI for the ADSR envelopes on the Heisenberg: where a circular keyframe indicator bisects each segment between two automation points, making both the functionality more understandable and the curve value input less abstract.

Yeah that makes sense. I was thinking of requesting something like that as well.
Yeah, I just think it would be easier for people, especially new users to intuitively understand.
