For devices on the desktop, the device name, the "Load Preset" text (should be an icon) and the Not Connected orange icon all have tool-tips that appear when hovering them. Equally, the Software Keyboard, the MIDI Learn, the Help and the Delete icons should also have tool-tips to keep the UI consistent and help users.
