Add "temporary" interaction modes to the interface tools

This is an idea borrowed from graphics packages for AT's desktop and timeline tools: In addition to pressing a given key to change to a specific interaction ("1" for pointer, "3" for cue and so on) you could press and hold the key to enter that mode only for the duration of the key hold. When the key would be released, the interaction mode would return to a default or the previous one. Like this:

  • Key single press: Enter the corresponding mode and stay there until a new key is pressed.
  • Key press and hold: Enter the corresponding mode and revert to the previous mode when the key is released.

This is a common way to be able to use different modes fast, saving key presses or mouse interactions.

An example of this would be to be in pointer mode to move devices around or change values, then press and hold "4" to pan somewhere else, then release it to continue moving devices or changing values.
