When using the Draw tool to draw new notes in an open note region, it is sometimes difficult to hit the correct spot right away and the note might initially have the wrong pitch or timing. The mistake is easy to hear especially when the "Preview notes" preference is active. Therefore it would be useful if one could still drag the note being drawn after clicking until it's in the right spot. "Preview notes" would catch every position change, provide feedback and let users know when they reached the right spot, at which time they'd release the mouse button.
