also, I tend to make my music with my headphones full volume, so most of my stuff is meant to be listened to at full volume

Can't give you percents - if I go above 75 % my bones start to fissure.
When on room: typically a bit above normal conversation level
When on headphones: loud enough that I don't recognize anyone entering the room

i guess i could go describe DB and shit like that. but basically, if i have my headphones on, which are really quiet. i have to turn everything all the way up. if its with my speakers, i usually turn the volume on the speaker all the way up or almost, and put the computer volume about 45 to 80ish percent. if i use my earbuds in once in a blue moon, i have to have the pc volume down to like 20 or 30 percent.

i do that as well. i usually turn the master volume down some while im doing the music. just so whenever i finish, i can adjust different volumes to try to level everything out.
