please tell me, what makes a genre "FUTURE"
cookie-cutter garbage i think?

but seriosley, i guess artists back then thought it sounded like music from the future, so they created future bass. now it's overproduced imo and now sounds like the regular present day music. its just a name i guess, like how progressive techno also means future techno. but more dystopian i guess? lol

thats my theory

regardless of genre there is always going to be cringe generic music in it. with bass music its vr presets, with house, its the shitty ncs house with triad chords, and with future bass its the shitty ncs future bass lol.

past bass would just be a soloed upright bass from an orchestra
