Tuning

Audiotool should have it to where you can be able to to tune all of your drums. Mainly the 808's. Like I want a 808 to go 2 notes up and then be able to drop to go back to its original note. I know they have it for the 808's in the Heisenberg, but those 808's aren't your typical trap 808. Like Playboi Carti, Wheezy, and Pierre type 808's. I know some presets will allow you to tune your 808's but it'll only allow me to to do at least 4 notes in a certain minor. This can get really aggravating if you have a repetitive beat and you are trying to change the flow and sound. Same thing with the hats. If I want to brink my hats down 2 semitones I should be able to do it without having to grab a whole lot of devices.

Piano and Melody Presets
I definitely feel that Audiotool should have more to offer when it comes to trying to find good real pianos and keys and strings. I would want to make a piano type beat but I would have to use all of these effects and devices to get it to sound real. I mean I wouldn't mind adding a couple of effects to my desire, but it's a lot of work.

Sample Uploads
When I want to upload a sample, and its past 30 seconds I would have to go back into the Probe and try to cut different parts of the sample so it could fit. That's really annoying and takes too much time. I'd say the maximum 5 minutes would be a good amount to exceed. Because let's say you are trying to sample a 90's song, but your not sure what parts you want, so you try to fit it with your beat. You can't because the song is past 30 seconds. That's what I'm talking about.

With Audiotool making a couple more changes I think I'd be able to produce more fluently.

  1. wrong board, try https://www.audiotool.com/board/feature_requests instead.
  2. presets aren't created by audiotool, they're created by users; why don't you try making some yourself sometime.
  3. they have the 30 second limitation specifically to stop what you are trying to do; "sampling a 90's song" is against ToS because the song is probably protected by copyright.

5 minutes, really? That's longer than most tracks, including 90s. An original MPC60 allowed 13 seconds max. You had to be discerning. Limitations foster creativity.
