so my point here is that literally every bit of audio we've ever heard has been used SOMEWHERE, SOMEHOW, thereby making it all, literally pointless to sue someone for a damned sample because it's technically all copyrighted.
That's like saying if someone hit an E minor in a song, they could get a copyright fine.
