Sampling in loopmasters sample: why is this allowed?

I have a question about samples.

I found a loopmasters sample which seems to sample this track:

How is this allowed if i may ask?

Maybe it’s a copyright free sample and they used it

I guess Loopmasters decided to include that sample in the catalogue that they made available to Audiotool. Of course that sample might have been acquired by other artists. Both things aren't exclusive.

The track was released in 1990. I believe the sample pack was released in 2010
