I'm not sure why my sample privs got revoked for a sample that I found and did a one-shot/loop of a year and a half ago, but it happened to me last night right around 16:30 (4:30 AM). When I uploaded the sample, it was way before they completely removed samples for the new update and copyright rules. Is it possible I can still be punished for really old samples that I no longer use?

I strongly believe it has always been illegal to upload this sample* - unless some law has changed in the meantime, which I doubt.
