Yes, it is possible if you have Puffin but you'll never get anything done. I can barely navigate the app with my tablet let alone my phone, and the very nature of mobile technology makes it incredibly difficult to perform tasks that would normally be done with a mouse (ie, connecting wires).

You can through flash browser apps such as Puffin, though it's pretty inefficient. I open my drafts through it sometimes just to listen to them.
