If you already used it in a track, published or not, you sadly cannot anymore. If you didn't, you can go to your Assets page on your profile to delete it.
The moderators can block it if it is public, and has been used.
However, if it is private, you should not have any problems so long as you don't use it in a published track.
Alternatively, you can report the sample for copyright infringement, and it can be blocked by the moderators when they get to it, but I'm not sure if you will lose your sample upload privileges by doing that.

Is it the only sample you uploaded?
