So apparently it's been a whole year since I first sing up on AudioTool, and I just wanted to write a small appreciation post for everything this wonderful website has given me. One year ago I was totally clueless in everything related with music making. Today, even tho I'm still a huge ignorant in almost every aspect of it and my work still is very very amateurish, I atleast can get into a draft and have some fun making some low-quality grooves. I found a great hobbie that not only gives me tons of entretaiment, but also allows me to enjoy music in a different, more profound way, which has been trully life-changing.
So thanks to all the developers for making this possible, to all the community for their help and feedback, and to everybody on here just sharing their love for electronic music, whatever genre they prefer. I hope that we all keep learning and growing together in the future. Much love <3
Being 7 years here ( hitting the 8th one soon ) I truly want to give you one advice.
It doesn't matter it's low quality, good quality keep giving your tracks a story... a soul... emotions.
Doesn't matter how it is made, samples or not.
Don't turn into someone that thinks that the difficult setup is smth that makes your music sound great.
I see a lot of changes here by various people. They made nice tracks, that tell a story. Now they changed in a way where they focus on making a difficult setups rather than give music emotions, and then talk about how hard it is to make what they make and how easy it is to put and flip samples together while yet they can't get close to smth like VLTRA Dzool, Intvoyd and others. I hope you get what I mean. All the best.
The opportunities that this website gives to us are incredible, I really have no clue why so many people are leaving. We All have the same gear, we just have to learn how to use IT.
this is cool website
