Is there a way I can use Audiotool to participate in a remix contest? The thing is: if I try to upload a track from Metapop, I can only upload 30sec and I don't want to lose the privilige of uploading. What can i do?

nothing and just continue uploading 30s
You have to read the terms and conditions of the contest. I’m pretty sure redistribution of the samples is not allowed . So I would say you can remix it with any other DAW
