Just joking. What about adding a tool-tip to the App button with a descriptive text? Actually, why not adding tool-tips to all the top bar elements? Also, moving the button to the left, just after the "a" could help.
First I wanted to learn if the users fail to see the button or fail to see its purpose. (It could have been a download button for a smartphone app as well)
Maybe a label of "Start making music!" is punchier.
I'll post a feature request, see what others think about it.

I did it, guys. After three days...THREE DAYS!!! I did it, I finally figured out how to make the drum kit go "Boom boom, clap, boom, boom, clap"
I love to Hate myself sometimes. Lowkey almost went insane tho!
