Hey i was browsing the samples and theres only audiotool samples now. Dont you think that limits the creative aspect of being on here to not be able to use other peoples samples? Kind of limits what i can do on here!! Thank you for thinking of the artists though this will certainly help me on the journey of being a music artist. So cool why not go all out and take down all the samples if your trying to make it as hard as possible. Ha i dont know why i stay on this site to produce music, i was here thinking gee wizz it would be nice if more music artists uploaded more of their samples but i guess that dream is dead and buried so cool you guys! Thank you audiotool devs you are the best in the world! Grats bruh

It's been in the news: https://www.audiotool.com/board/news/sample_clearance_levels
If ya can’t learn to use the boards, you probably shouldn’t be here
Just saying, check the News board before you write some angry feedback
you are rude man your not a nice person
yah i saw that but its not an answer to why they took tracks down that i own the copy right to, i spent literally 4 hours to put together that peice of work now its gone i could sue these people
Wow, 4 hours.
@killakev1988l Unfortunately you're likely to meet sarcasm or rudeness if you get so mad at a text that you clearly haven't put much attention to understand. Please go again through the text of the topic: https://www.audiotool.com/board/news/sample_clearance_levels Read it and tell us if you have problems understanding that no samples, including user ones, have been taken down. You just need to change a single preference to have access to any sample you want. The preference is meant to help you, so no need to get mad about it. As for your tracks, they probably have been just unpublished due to a copyright infringement. You should have received a report and still have access to the draft, so no work has been lost. And about suing AT, you should probably first go through AT's terms of service: https://www.audiotool.com/terms and determine if AT has violated any part of it.
lmao
It's frustrating for sure, but moving past points of friction such as this will help you become more creative and overall a better producer. Play around with some stuff you are not familiar with and see how much you can do :)
In fact, there's nothing frustrating about this since nothing has changed in terms of sample availability. Setting your sample preference to "unsafe" will give you access to the full sample database, just like before. Plus any setting, even the restrictive "safe", still gives you access to your own uploaded samples. It is surprising that this is misunderstood by so many.
4 hours = 40 mins
That tends to happen
Where's your proof then, huh? @killakev1988l
Think before you type. @killakev1988l
How would I go about changing my sample preferences
@ethan_vital It's explained here: https://www.audiotool.com/board/news/sample_clearance_levels
to get back all of our old samples uploaded by ourselves and others, all u have to do is:
go to top left corner of studio, press "Window"
go to "Preferences"
select "Samples"
and select "Unsafe"
people crazy XD
You're 4 weeks late
But he's still correct.
yeah but he gave an answer 9 years after the discussion stopped
There are things you can't say often enough.
