i think the closest thing allowed as far as that is concerned is the free samples uploaded here by other sample pack owners, i think the reason why they dont rly allow free samples from anywhere else is because of copyright issues. those samples being uploaded from the other websites are stuck in the AT library, being distributed to multiple people all at once.
