im making a beat and i dont know how to pitch one of my 808's.

If you dragged the sample into the timeline, double clicking on it will show the waveform, and there are dots at the top left and right of the clip that you can move around to adjust pitch. Using that method for a bassline isn't ideal though. I'd recommend slapping your 808 into a Machineste, creating a note track to play a pattern with the sample, and then automating the pitch. A half step is every 100 increments on the pitch wheel, so keep that in mind for automating. Hope this helps!
