1.) Learn to get better at synths and stuff on your spare time or during a track
2.) Try to post a bit often. Maybe 1 to 2 times a month
3.) Be active with the community, try and talk and help out others, but try your best to be nice with it. You don't want to look or sound like a total douche
4.) Post small tracks time to time and maybe a few doodles you had (Not to frequently tho)
5.) Do your best to not spam your stuff on other people's walls. Most of them wont appreciate it
6.) Maybe respond to threads a bit often on Board
.
This is the kinda thing I did when I was still able to use Audiotool, and I think it might help you out a bit as well
Make music that people actually wanna listen to. Have track names, and cover's appealing to other artist. Check out other artist, and give them feedback on their tracks.
"make music people want to listen to" isn't the best option. You should ALWAYS make the music YOU want to make. Be yourself instead of a drone that follows people's orders of what they want you to do

This is just to help you out a bit and get a bit of a boost. I'm not sure it will get you "famous" but it can get you a bit known around here
